Tasty Taco Salad

Taco salad

Warm summer weather means BBQ season and time for tasty salads. Salads are one of my favourite summer foods because they don’t require turning the oven on and turning my tiny 600sqft apartment into a sauna. The only issue with salads is sometimes I’m hungry 30min later. Not with this tasty taco salad.
