No Meat!

Also known as beans, legumes, nuts, seeds, tofu, tempeh, soy, etc.

Surprisingly, not all people eat meat. Shocking, right?

Not so much.

Why do vegetarians tend to weigh less, have lower body mass indexes, are less likely to have heart disease, high blood pressure, cancer (colorectal, breast, ovarian), diabetes, less likely to be obese, and overall live longer?

We think this plant-based population may be onto something…

Now, some people prefer to being carnivores. I get that. But why not try replacing one meat meal everyday with a plant-based option? Or even devoting an entire day of the week to being vegetarian?

Based on the preventative diseases listed above, eating vegetarian obviously won’t harm you.
