Stuffed Guacamole

Ally’s tried and true recipe. What her friends don’t know? She has likely never used the same recipe twice. So here’s her best attempt at recording her dish.

Makes 10-12 servings

An easy crowd pleaser to hold them off until the main meal. Serve them with the Salsa Worthy Chips and easily call it a day…or an appetizer.


  • 2 ripe avocados, skin off and pits removed
  • 1/2 fresh lime
  • Handful of cilantro, chopped
  • A splash of balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 small red onion, chopped
  • Chopped tomatoes (to your liking)
  • A taste of (or all): red pepper flakes, Nando’s Peri Peri sauce, Sambal Oelek, etc.
  • A fresh grind of black pepper and salt
  • **Feel free to mash up and add a hard boiled egg. This ups the creaminess

How to:

  1. READ CAREFULLY: in a large bowl, mash the avocados with a fork. Then, add remaining ingredients and mix.

Make it a meal:

  • Serve with Salsa Worthy Chips and Black Bean Salsa
  • Use as an appetizer for a Mexican themed meal
