Baking Fish



Dry, overcooked fish is the worst! Master the technique to bank on high omega-3s.

Preheat the oven to 350F.

Place a fillet on a tin foil lined cookie sheet and bake.

Bake for 12-15 minutes.

You can also loosely wrap a seasoned or marinated fillet in a parchment paper or tin foil and bake at the same temperature for the same amount of time. It’s harder to overcook and the fish steams in its own juices. You may also add vegetables to this tin foil package.
