Banana Butter Bread

It’s a lie if you say you don’t have 3 minutes to make breakfast in the morning. Why? Because we live in a world of watching the morning news, deciding on what to wear, updating Facebook, etc. If you’re not a regular breakfast eater then ask yourself, what’s more worth my time? Brushing your hair another 50 times? Or giving your body some energy so it can work more efficiently and start doing it’s job?

Here’s to making your morning easy.

Makes 1 toast


  • 1 slice whole grain bread
  • 1-2 tbsp. natural nut butter
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 tsp. honey

How to:

  1. If you like your bread toasted then do so…now.
  2. Slather on the nut butter and top with the banana and honey.

Ta-dah! All finished.

Make it a meal:

  • This 3 minute creation is a complete meal. Even better.
